Cruise 'N Walk: combine cruising and hiking
The rivers often flow through the middle of valleys lined with remarkably beautiful hills. It therefore makes sense to combine the tranquility of a laid-back cruise with energetic discovery walks.

- Guided tours and excursions: this is the "non-walker" programme
- Full board
The point of a walking cruise is not to break any world records, but to get up close and personal with the unique landscape through invigorating treks. Day-long walks are available on certain cruises. So that no travel companions are left behind, we also offer guided tours and excursions as part of our 'non-walker' program.
Walkers are led by one or more certified mountain guides. We'll also provide an onboard presentation about the history and flora to be encountered along the way. Each walking cruise has been pre-tested by a renowned French hiking club.
